Why Mamita’s Pizza…..

After cooking professionally in top rated hotels and restaurants for 30+ years, I decided I wanted to start doing it for myself.  I found this little pizza joint and the rest, as they say, is history.

The previous owners come from a strong Italian background and were kind enough to leave those recipes with me, trusting that they would not die.  I am proud of the fresh vegetables that are hand cut daily, house made dough and sauce.  We don’t use conveyor ovens – everything is cooked in an old fashioned brick oven – it makes the crust out of this world – I promise, you will notice the difference!
